Esther holds Associate degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the Antigua & Barbuda International Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Monroe College, New Rochelle – USA. She holds the designations of AMLCA and CORM, having received certifications in Anti-money Laundering: from the Florida International Bankers Association, and Operational Risk Management: from the American Bankers Association. She also holds certification in Leasdership and Supervisory Management (CLSM) from Cohen & Klein Consulting in New York, USA and a Doctoral degree in Christian Ministry.

Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, she maintained employment in the financial sector, having held a managerial position within the largest bank in the ECCU; employment with its regulatory body - ECCB, and the credit union sector in the Federation of St. Christopher & Nevis.

 

Esther’s extensive professional and personal expertise had earned her invitations to speak on major corporate, non-profit, and faith-based stages across the globe.

 

As a multifaceted individual, compelling thought leader, and astute business professional, she is the Founder and CEO of EJT Consulting & Business Solutions, Inside & In Sight Publishing, and CEO Incorporated. Dr. Esther J. Thomas is a native of Antigua, but considers herself a citizen of the world. Her strong upbringing in the Christian faith continues to navigate and order her steps in intentional  and purposeful paths, creating positive impact in her spheres of influence. She is committed to the cause of effective and holistic Kingdom advancement in the earth. This path has also allowed for her Co-Pastoring with her husband Pastor Jeremy Thomas, as the senior leaders of the Kingdom Advance Church, headquartered in St. Kitts.

Her life and vision are ordered by two scripture verses which have become her mantra:

- Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."

- Mark 16:16 - "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation."
